Four marketing buckets often get mixed together
- Libido / sexual desire: interest and desire are not the same as erection physiology.
- Erection / blood-flow language: persistent erectile difficulty deserves medical evaluation because it can be associated with vascular or metabolic disease.
- “Testosterone support”: only testing can diagnose low testosterone; symptoms alone are nonspecific.
- Energy / stamina: sleep, stress, depression, medications, anemia, endocrine issues and other conditions can all matter.
Supplements are regulated differently from drugs
FDA does not approve dietary supplements for safety and effectiveness before marketing. This makes label transparency, realistic claims, third-party evidence and medical context more important—not less.
A useful buying sequence
Start with the objective, read the Supplement Facts label, check serving size and ingredient amounts, identify any overlap with your medications or other supplements, look for finished-product evidence if it exists, and then compare price and return policy.
Our VigorPeak review applies that sequence to the product this site monetizes.
