What NCCIH says
The U.S. National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health says enough research exists to conclude that saw palmetto is probably not helpful for urinary tract symptoms associated with benign prostate enlargement when used alone. Evidence for other uses is insufficient.
Safety context
NCCIH reports that saw palmetto is generally well tolerated in studies, with possible mild digestive symptoms, dizziness and headache.
VigorPeak label context
The current direct page lists 20 mg of saw palmetto berry extract per serving. The page describes it in “prostate comfort” language, but we do not convert that marketing into a disease-treatment claim.
Bottom line
If prostate or urinary symptoms are the reason you are shopping, those symptoms deserve medical evaluation rather than being self-treated with an ingredient association.
